Solar_Form::setElementProperty

It would be useful to have a function to set properties of form element. The method can be added to the Solar_Form object:

I found this useful when changing the label of a form element that was generated from a model. You could change it in the model's locale file, but I wanted a special label for one particular page, and not everywhere the model's locale file was being used.
