If the text parameter in the Solar_View_Helper_Action is '0' the helper returns just the href

Description

If the text parameter in the Solar_View_Helper_Action is '0' the helper returns just the href.

This causes problems in places where the Uri is generated dynamically i.e. Solar_App_Bookmarks.
