Keys are:

format
(string) The default output formatting using php:date() codes. Default is 'H:i:s'.

(array) User-defined configuration values.

Keys are:

strftime
(bool) When true, uses strftime() instead of date() for formatting dates. Default is false.
format
(string) The default output formatting using php:date() codes. When strftime is true, uses php:strftime() codes instead. Default is 'Y-m-d H:i:s' (using date() format codes).
tz_origin
(string) Consider all input timestamps as being from this timezone. Default is the value of php:date_default_timezone_get() .
tz_output
(string) Output all timestamps after converting to this timezone. Default is the value of php:date_default_timezone_get() .

$_config

(array) Collection point for configuration values.

Note that you do not define config defaults in $_config directly.

Instead, define config defaults in a protected property named for the class, withan underscore prefix.

For exmple, a "Vendor_Class_Name" class would define the default config array in "$_Vendor_Class_Name". This convention lets child classes inherit parent config keys and values.

$_tz_offset

(int) The offset in seconds between the origin and output timezones.
